How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Please allow up to 5 days for packing and processing.
Shipping times vary at the moment, but roughly 3-5 business days (rural areas may take longer) 
If it has been over a week and you still haven't received confirmation your order has been sent, please get in touch.
We strive to do our best and get your orders out as soon as we can as some lollies we do order fresh. However some items we do order fresh and delays can occur beyond our control. If that is the case, we will contact you to let you know. 
There is a lolly that I LOVED as a child, but it isn't an option on your website, could I make a suggestion?

I am trying to order a certain quantity of a product but it wont let me, why?
Some products will have a quantity limit based on stock available.
If you have a special order request, please get in touch.
What if I receive my order and I don't like the choices I have made? Can I return or exchange my lollies?
Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns/exchanges on any of our products, so we do ask that you think about your choices before submitting your order. 
My order has arrived and it is missing something I ordered, what do I do?

Australia Post is our carrier of choice, however we have a range of courier services we can rely upon for metro deliveries.
